This 100% pure beeswax candle is molded from an antique Mendenhall Dairy glass bottle.
The mighty Áakʼw Tʼáak Sítʼ, Mendenhall Glacier paved the valley of Juneau, Alaska for thousands of years. Several Dairies consumed the valley from the late 1800's to the mid 1900's. Mendenhall Dairy was one of the earliest of the Juneau dairies.
Lindsay Wheeler, of Old Alaska Co. owns the antique bottle that this candle was replicated from.
