This 100% pure beeswax candle is molded from an antique L. Pryer, MD, Petersburg, Alaska glass bottle.
There is not much available online about Dr. Lee Pryer. He traveled and lived in many places in Southeast Alaska before finally acquiring land in Ouzinkie, on Kodiak Island. Below are some interesting newspaper clippings about his life throughout his time in Alaska.
This bottle was found by scuba diver Jared LaRow in Ketchikan, Alaska.
